Restituzioni e sostituzioni

IMPORTANT: All discounted orders are final sale

Merchandise returns for damages, refund or exchange must be made within 15 days of date of delivery. All sales after the 15 day period are FINAL. Unless merchandise is received defective, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned open products.

We ask that you contact our Customer Service Department at our Live Chat or [email protected] before returning the merchandise. Please have your order number available so that we may issue you a Return Authorization to ensure that your account is properly refund or your exchange request is issued.

Shipping cost for any returns and exchange will not be reimbursed. If there was a shipping error or product damage we will provide a return shipping label. We will not exchange items that have been opened or used.

Dopo aver ricevuto l'autorizzazione alla restituzione, imballare nuovamente gli articoli da restituire nella confezione originale e allegare una copia della fattura. Si consiglia di richiedere una ricevuta di conferma della consegna ogni volta che si restituisce un articolo.
